You will also be provided with personalised home training sessions in addition to your personal training workout.

Training in a group environment is an excellent way to stay motivated, with an atmosphere that promotes a strong drive to train and become part of a community. So why not jump in on a group BOXFIT class where you'll be both challenged and coached with "boxing ring applicable" combinations to make you punch off those pounds. Please note there is no sparring during the class. Equipment provided and all levels welcome!

Personal training sessions are held in a large and private hall located in Primrose Hill and within a 3 minute walk to Chalk Farm tube station in central London. The hall is equipped with a music system, TRX suspension training, fully commercial squat and bench combo rack with Olympic bars and weights, dumbbells, step boxes, boxing equipment and battle ropes.


Sessions can also be held in a location of your choice - home, park, etc.
